Gym phase 1
It looks like I'm getting areview of my gym stuff, so I thought I'd better put up the current stuff.

Twice weekly 2/5/2006 to 22/7/2006
( Tue and Sat )

Both days :-
Recumbent bike, 5 min, 60+ rpm, level 4
Lying leg curl, 3 sets of 12 reps @ 12.5kg
Thigh extension, 3 sets of 12 reps @ 20kg
Situps using a ball, 3 sets of 10 reps
Chest press, 3 sets of 12 reps @ 20kg
Lat pulldown, 3 sets of 12 reps @ 25kg
Shoulder press, 3 sets of 12 reps @ 20kg
Treadmill, 10-15 min @ 3% slope and 3.5-4.0 mph
Recumbent bike, 5 min , 60+ rpm, level 4

Sat only ( time constraints prevent this on Tuesday )
Use swimming pool for 15 min
Hot tub for 15 min ( safety limit )

BTW, there are two rotating things on the hot tub, as you wind them up more and more of a vent hole appears. Are they controlling the air flow and if so is the flow in the tub supposed to increase or decrease as more of the hole shows?
